Atlas Banter Terms of Service

Scope and service

These terms apply to the Atlas Banter web service provided by Omnilude. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy published with them.

Atlas Banter provides place-based posts, comments, votes, and reporting through a map and feed. Features may change or be discontinued when operationally necessary.

User content and rights

You must hold the rights needed for text, images, and comments you submit and remain responsible for that content. Your ownership rights remain with you.

You grant Omnilude a non-exclusive permission to use the content only as needed to provide, display, store, review, and process reports about the service.

Conduct and moderation

You must not post or perform unlawful content, infringement, harassment, hate, deception, spam, malicious code, or interference with the service.

Omnilude may review, restrict, or remove content and restrict use for safety and legal compliance. Send reports or appeals to omnilude@gmail.com.

OpenStreetMap

The map background uses OpenStreetMap raster tiles. Opening the map may send the technical request needed to render tiles to OpenStreetMap, and the background map may be unavailable when that external service is disrupted.

Changes, liability, and contact

Material changes are announced through the service or this document and apply to use after their effective date. If you disagree, you may stop using the service.

Omnilude operates the service with reasonable care but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or continuity of the external map service. Liability that cannot be limited by law is not restricted. Contact omnilude@gmail.com.
