Atlas Banter Privacy Policy

Controller and scope

Omnilude operates Atlas Banter and is responsible for processing under this policy. Send privacy questions and rights requests to representative Jongmin Kim at omnilude@gmail.com.

This policy applies to the Atlas Banter web service. External sites and separate Omnilude services are governed by their own policies.

Information and purposes

We process inputs such as posts, images, comments, votes, reports, feedback, and selected places to provide and operate the service. Access IP, access and error logs, functional visitor or session identifiers, language, theme, feed settings, and authentication information when signed in may also be processed as needed for security, state continuity, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

Atlas Banter does not collect browser GPS location and does not use external geocoding. A place you select on the map is used to provide the post and interface state.

OpenStreetMap

The only runtime external-data feature is OpenStreetMap raster tiles. When you open the map, basic network request information such as your IP address and user agent may be sent directly to OpenStreetMap to retrieve tiles; GPS location, post content, and advertising identifiers are not sent.

Retention and functional storage

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, honor requests, maintain security, and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Posts and comments may remain until removed by you or moderation, while security and error logs are cleared after their response purpose is fulfilled.

Only functional cookies and localStorage needed for language, theme, feed preferences, visitor or session state, and authentication continuity may be used. No analytics or advertising cookies are used and no optional cookie-consent banner is shown. Clearing site data in your browser may remove saved settings or sessions.

Your rights and safeguards

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding your personal information. Send requests to omnilude@gmail.com.

Omnilude uses reasonable safeguards such as access controls, transport protection, least privilege, and error monitoring. If a request must be limited for legal obligations or the rights of others, we will explain the reason.
